Stackfone — Terms of Service

By creating a Stackfone node, you agree to these terms.

Stackfone turns your Solana Seeker phone into a "Genesis Node" on a decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN) network. You earn STACK, an in-app points balance, for honest uptime, referrals, quests, network probes, and (opt-in) bandwidth-sharing.

You need a compatible Solana wallet. Some features (verified Genesis Node status) require Seeker Genesis Token ownership, used as an anti-sybil check — one genesis-verified wallet gets one node.

Card battles stake STACK between up to three participants; a winner is picked by a weighted-random process based on collected-card strength, not by us choosing a winner, and a small rake is retained. Because STACK has no established real-world monetary value today, this is not gambling with real money — but if that ever changes, these terms and the mechanic itself will be revisited.

Probe results are self-reported by your device and only checked for plausibility server-side, not independently verified. Rewards are small and rate-limited by design — see the public trust report for the honest breakdown of what is and isn't independently provable in this app.

• No creating multiple nodes/wallets to abuse referrals, quests, or probe rewards.
• No attempting to interfere with, spoof, or degrade other nodes.
• No submitting probe results you didn't actually measure.

We may suspend a node's rewards if activity looks abusive, based on the fraud signals described in our own admin tooling.

The app is provided "as is". Several features (NFT minting, STACK payouts) currently run in mock mode without a real on-chain transfer — see the trust report for exactly what's live vs. mock at any given time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Stackfone and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

In return for supporting the Stackfone network, you may choose to become a peer on the Bright Data network ("Web Indexing"), via the "Web Indexing" toggle in Profile. This is off by default and requires you to actively agree on a separate consent screen -- nothing is shared until you do. By enabling it, you agree to have read and accepted the Bright SDK End-User License Agreement and Bright Data's Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time from the same "Web Indexing" toggle in Profile -- opting out takes effect immediately and does not remove or affect your node, STACK balance, or anything else in the app. This feature is not available on the dApp Store build or to devices on a Chinese mobile network or SIM.

We may update these terms as the app evolves (e.g. if STACK becomes a real on-chain token). Material changes will update the "Last updated" date.
